Ajene Watson

Ajene Watson is a visionary entrepreneur, investor and strategic leader who has dedicated much of his career to empowering underserved communities through innovative business models and financial literacy. As the Founder and CEO of Digital Asset Monetary Network, Inc. (DigitalAMN), Ajene has pioneered the Public Accelerator-Incubator (PAI) model, designed to bridge the gap between “everyday” people and economic opportunities. His work focuses on supporting early-stage companies (private and microcap markets), offering a unique blend of mentorship, capital formation, and strategic guidance. 

With over two decades of experience in finance and business development, Ajene’s leadership extends beyond traditional boundaries. Considered a co-founder of Dot Hip Hop, LLC (.HipHop), he serves as the company’s Executive Managing Director. In this role, Ajene has been instrumental in re-launching the .hiphop top-level domain (gTLD), a digital asset aimed at creating generational wealth within the global Hip Hop community. By integrating cultural preservation with economic empowerment, Ajene is leveraging the .HipHop domain to provide new opportunities for artists, entrepreneurs, and investors alike. 

Ajene’s impact is also evident in his roles as an investor and strategic advisor for various publicly traded companies, including Ascent Solar, Inc., Global Steam Cells, Inc. and both Global Election Services, Inc. and its parent company, Global Arena Holdings, Inc. His expertise in financial restructuring, capital sourcing, and business development has helped these companies navigate complex markets and achieve sustainable growth. 

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Ajene is deeply committed to philanthropy and community development. He has donated a computer lab in honor of his mother, reflecting his belief in the transformative power of education and technology. At .HipHop, he both physically and financially committed himself to serving the community by participating in a multi-week bookbag drive, volunteering at a food pantry and sponsoring holiday toy drives.  Through DigitalAMN, Ajene integrates social impact investing into his business strategies, focusing on creating wealth-building opportunities for novice and non-accredited.
