DigitalAMN Aligns with Capizate to Enhance the Investment Readiness of the PAI 

At Digital Asset Monetary Network, Inc. (DigitalAMN), our commitment to fostering the growth and success of ‘everyday’ people, both entrepreneurs and investors, is at the heart of how we look to build the value potential of our asset portfolio. Regarding the Public Accelerator-Incubator (PAI), it is important that the program’s business candidates, participating novice and non-accredited investors, angel investors, and ‘the crowd’, are all supported as best as possible. This support includes selecting the most viable ventures from the pool of candidates that DigitalAMN is actively reviewing. We also focus on ensuring that those PAI candidates represent the most viable businesses to receive investment interest—ultimately becoming potentially high-valued assets in DigitalAMN’s portfolio. This process requires that both our review methodology and investment-readiness rubric be as robust and efficient as possible.  

To achieve this objective, we are pleased to announce a strategic partnership with Capizate, a financial technology company specializing in capital readiness and due diligence. 

This collaboration will strengthen the PAI Program by introducing a powerful, data-driven scoring process that evaluates businesses across 334 distinct attributes. The result? Enhanced investor confidence, more informed investment decisions, and a streamlined path to funding success.

Capizate has earned a reputation among investors for its proprietary Capizate Score™—a comprehensive assessment that goes beyond traditional credit and/or risk models. In fact, our introduction to Capizate came directly from an investor who wanted DigitalAMN to obtain a Capizate Score as part of their own due diligence process. This recommendation led to conversations that ultimately evolved into a partnership rooted in mutual value.   Capizate saw the potential in DigitalAMN’s PAI Program, particularly regarding our interest in providing investors with risk mitigation tools, a Capizate specialty, that afford  them greater confidence in their startup and development-stage investments. Similarly, we recognized the power of Capizate’s  system to help validate and strengthen our candidates’ investment potential, feasibility, and the possibility of receiving capital from DigitalAMN’s  participating angel investors, and crowdfunding participants.

All candidates reviewed through the PAI Program pay a service fee—either directly or indirectly through angel investment funding. DigitalAMN can opt to apply this fee to reduce costs for candidates or retain it as revenue. Additionally, Business Development clients required to undergo a Capizate evaluation will pay their own fee, contributing to DigitalAMN’s bottom line.
